Approach

As a systemic family therapist I regard a problem rather as a symptom of the close (mostly family related) environment than as an illness of the individual person.

I work in a resource-oriented manner, so procedures and attitudes are supported and placed in the foreground, which can be used as personal and interpersonal strengths or sources of empowerment. The focus of therapy is mostly in the present to make life easier and better. I support the development of an individual’s path with compassion, appreciation, and empathy.

Interactive working within the family, a couple or with an individual person in a comfortable and neutral atmosphere enables us to find solutions and learn to choose an action with intention from more options.

Hypnotherapy and imagery have been found to be effective complementary methods to achieve these goals.

Hypnosis is a communication tool between the intellect and the subconscious mind.
My influence from behavioral therapy is the importance of finding and defining clear goals together at the beginning of the therapeutic relationship. Only then is it possible to realize the goals have been reached by the desired, modified patterns of thinking and acting.

Supervision, coaching and consulting are types of professional counseling, where people’s vocational activities in organizations and companies are in the focus.
